Services
What we take on
Office, industrial, and medical cleaning to a written specification you can inspect.
Scope
Everything we take on, written as a matrix.
One row per service. Empty cells stay empty — where there is no note, there is no extra claim.
| Ref | Service | What we deliver |
|---|---|---|
| 01nightly.janitorial | Nightly janitorial | Restrooms, floors, trash, and touchpoints cleaned to a frequency table agreed in the scope — not a subjective judgement of what looks acceptable. Each visit is logged with supervisor sign-off and accessible to you through our client portal by 7 AM the following morning. Missed tasks trigger an automatic credit and a root-cause note within 24 hours. |
| 02day.porter.services | Day porter services | Lobby presentation, spill response, and conference room resets during business hours by a dedicated porter assigned to your location. Day porters are briefed on your schedule, event calendar, and guest expectations so they are proactive rather than reactive. VIP arrival preparation and post-event cleaning are covered under the same rate without surcharge. |
| 03deep.periodic.cleans | Deep & periodic cleans | Carpet extraction, hard-floor scrub-and-recoat, and high-dusting scheduled on a calendar aligned to your traffic patterns and manufacturer recommendations. We remind you two weeks before each periodic service and confirm timing before mobilising equipment — there are no surprise after-hours charges. Before-and-after condition photos are documented for each service. |
| 04mobilisation | Mobilisation | New-site startup with key management, chemical inventory, staff assignment, and a first-month quality audit cadence established before day one. We walk the site with your facilities manager to agree on spec details that do not appear on a generic checklist — equipment rooms, sensitive surfaces, restricted areas. Go-live is confirmed only when the supervisor has completed the site orientation. |
How it works
A written loop, with a gate before anything ships.
Each engagement is the same shape. The interesting part is not the sequence — it is where the sequence stops and waits for you.
01
Spec walk
We price what we observed — square footage, fixture count, and frequency — not a generic per-square-foot rate card.
02
Mobilise
Staff assigned, supplies stocked, and supervision confirmed before the go-live date — no surprises on night one.
03
Audit & report
Scheduled inspections with numeric scores, corrective actions, and trend data provided monthly.
Questions
The ones we get asked before the work starts.
- Do you bring your own supplies?
- Yes, unless you prefer to supply your own products for brand or compliance reasons. Chemical SDS sheets are provided on request for every product used in your facility. We do not substitute products mid-contract without notifying you and confirming compatibility with your surfaces.
- Can you clean medical offices?
- Yes, with clinic-appropriate protocols for exam rooms, labs, and waiting areas. We scope clinical spaces separately from general office areas and use EPA-registered disinfectants appropriate to the contact surfaces. Staff assigned to medical accounts complete infection-control orientation before their first shift.
- What if we need additional coverage?
- Event and one-off cleans are quoted from the same spec baseline so there are no surprise crews with unfamiliar chemistry. We ask for 48 hours notice for additional services; same-day requests are accommodated when capacity permits at a disclosed premium rate.
- How do contracts work?
- Standard terms are 12 months with 30-day written termination for cause after a cure period. We do not lock clients into multi-year agreements without mutual benefit. Pricing is guaranteed for the contract term with a disclosed CPI escalation cap at renewal.
